Mrs. Cupcake is 16 year old Ashley, a young woman currently attending high school in the Suburbs outside of New York City. Always artistic, Ashley began to shift her love of art from canvas to cake at the young age of 12 after discovering Buddy Valastro and his hit television show The Cake Boss. From that moment on, Ashley has created countless cupcakes, pies, muffins, cakes and the occasional cookie - all homemade. Now a Sophomore, Ashley is beginning to gather her thoughts and plans for the future including college but one thing hasn't changed in four years - Ashley's desire to one day own a popular Cupcakery named Mrs. Cupcake.
